Squid Roast(Kunthal ulli ettu Varatiyathu).

Ingredients:-

1) Squid (Kunthal) -1/2 kg(as required, if it is small family requires only 1/2 kg).
2)Onion - 5pcs(cut into long pieces)
3)Tomatto - 1 (cut into small pieces)
4)Ginger - 1pieces(we can use ginger garlic paste also instead of pieces)
5)Garlic - 2Pieces
6)Garam Masala - 1cup(if we use khanta masala, it more tasty n spicy)
7)chicken masala-2 cup
8)Turmeric Powder - 1/2 cup
9)Chilly powder - as required(min 1 1/2 cup required)
10)Salt -(as required)
11)cocunut oil - for frying .(i used sunflower oil.)

Preparation:-

1) First clean kunthal very well becoz it has somany inside wastages.After removing all wastages clean with Lemon.(lemon helps to remove oily from kunthal.)and cut into rings.
2) After that marinate Squid(kunthal)with 6,7,8,9,10 ingredients.set aside for 5 to 10 miniutes.
3)Then steaming marinated item with pressure cooker for until 1 or 2 see -ti comes.
4)that time in frying pan , put ginger, garlic while coming good smell and put onion and stir it well with turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt until its brown.
5)After it became browned , put tomatto n stir it well for 2 mins.
6)At that time , steamed kunthal may be ready.
7)so steamed kunthal put it with fried onion n tomatto.and stir it well for 5 to 7 mins.
8)we can use oil again in frying pan for well frying.
9)After it became brown colour set away from gas stove.
10) kunthal roast is ready to serve.we can decorate with kadi patta,or daniya patta.
we usually make kunthal roast and have it with Chapptti, Rotti, Appam ,Rice.
Note:-
After Onion browny, we can put Capsicum 1pcs with that for more tasty and good smell. But nw i didnt use capsicum.
