Bread Mango Pudding

(Ramdan Special)

Ingredients
1. bread 2 slices
2.mango pulp
fresh cream
sugar syrup
vanila essence 2 drops
3. dark chocolate

Method

1.Cut off the edges and break bread into 4 pieces.
2.Blend mango pulp,fresh cream,sugar syrup and vanila essence together in a bowl.
3.Pour the blended mixture on these bread pieces and allow it to cool.
4.Refrigerate for approximately half an hour.
5.Sprinkle grated chocolate on it.
6.Serve chilled.

NB - Measurements of fresh cream and mango pulp , for 2 slices of bread 1/4 cup of fresh cream and 1/4 cup of mango pulp is enough.
