Thari Kanji- Rava Payasam
(one of my favorite iftar dish)

(to make 2 glass)
full cream milk(or fresh)-1 glass mix with 1 glass water
semolina(rava)-4 tbsp roasted
sugar-4tbsp
salt- a pinch
onion- 2 tsp
cashew and raisins
ghee- 2 tbsp

-roast cashew and raisins in ghee
-to this add onion and sout well
-pour 1 glass milk+1 glass water
-add sugar and salt
-add roasted semolina and stir continuously until it cook well
Traditionally hot Thari Kanji / Thari Kachiyathu / Rava Payasam is served hot. But the dish tastes yummy if chilled also. Enjoy!!!
