Bird's Nest / Kili Koodu

Ingredients:
Cooked Minced Chicken : 1 cup
Onion : 1 medium chopped
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Giner-Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Curry leaves ,chopped : 1-2 tbsp
Green Chillies : 2-3, chopped finely
Coriander leaves chopped : 1 tbsp
Potato : 2-3 medium, cooked and mashed
Oil : for deep frying
Broken Vermicelli : for coating
Beaten Egg white : 1 or 2
Method :
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a wok and add onion and when it turns transparent add ingredients from 3 to 6. Next add cooked minced chicken and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Keep this aside and when cooled make small balls out of this. Now cover all these chicken balls with the mashed potato . Dip each of these balls in egg white and then coat them in Vermicelli. Do this for all the balls. Deep fry all these in oil till both sides turn golden brown.
