SWEET AND SPICY..ONE OF THE BEST COMBINATIONSS....

Ingredients:

Dates-1 cup remove the seeds but don’t chop the dates let it remain in its shape
..remember that dates should not be too soft..a little hard and chewy one
is suitable..

Besan/kadalamavu-2 cups

Sambar powder-2 spoons

Sauf/perumjeera-1/2 sppons

Salt

Heing/kayam powder-a pinch

Method:

Mix the besan with all the other ingredients to make a smmoth dough..the dough
shloud be not too watery nor too thick…it should well coat the dates…

Now add on the dates and then deep fry in oil till golden brown…

Serve with tomato ketchup….the crisypness outside with the sweet inside..its
yummy yummy
