Ingredients:-
1. Cocoa powder - 50 gm
2. Milk powder - 200 gm
(Mix both these well)
3. Sugar - same volume as that of milk powder (here it slightly veers away from Ms.Dalal's version)
4. Unsalted butter - 100 gm
5. Water - half the volume of sugar
Method:-
1 Take sugar & water in a heavy bottom kadai and heat till it reaches "one string" consistency.
2. Remove from flame and add butter (make butter into small pieces for easy melting.
3. Add the powder mix (cocoa + sugar) and mix well. Lot of elbow grease needed here.
4. Spread in a greased plate(use the butter paper for greasing) and allow to cool down.
5. Refrigerate and cut into pieces
