Lall Murgh (Spicy and crispy chicken fry)

Recipe:
Chicken on bone - 500gm
Ginger garlic paste – 2tbsp
Red chili powder – 2tbsp
Lemon juice – 15ml
Garam masala 2tsp
Egg – 1
Refined flour – 20gm
Bread crumbs – 20gm
Corn flakes – 20gm
Red chilli paste – 3g
Chat masala – 5gm
Button chillies – 300gm
Coriander chopped
Honey 20g
Method:
1. Mix together half of the ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt along wth half of the lemon juice, garam masala, egg and refined flour and marinate the chicken pieces for 30 min.
2. Heat oil in a pan and roll the chicken pieces in in the bread crumbs and crushed corn flakes mixture and deep fry in the oil till light golden color. Drain and place it in an absorbent paper to dry.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add remaining ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, stir in medium heat for few seconds. Add chat masala, chilli powder and stri at medium heat for few seconds taking care not to burn the spices.
4. Add the fried chicken, honey and half of the fresh corianderleaves and button chillies and toss for 2-3 min at medium heat to bled well. Finish with remaining lemon juice and garnish with remaining coriander leaves.
