Liver Fry.... Eshamalle.... friends.. oru simple

Liver Pepper Fry

1.Liver - 1/2 Kg Chiken / Mutton Liver 
2.Cheriyaulli - 10-15
3.Ginger - 1 medium piece
4.Garlic - 2-3 pods
6.Curry leaves - a few
7.Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
8.Turmeric powder - 1/4 Tsp
9.Pepper - crushed (2tsp)
12.Salt - to taste
13.Velichenna - 3 Tb sp
14.Water - 1/4 cup

Clean and cut liver into small pieces.

2.Add little turmeric powder and few drops of lime juice/vinegar + salt and keep aside or in fridge for some time.

3.Pan choodakki.. Oil ozhichu ulli/garlic/ginger/currum leaves +1tsp pepper sort chyuka... translucent akumpol.. chilly powder/turmeric powder +1tsp petter crushed add chythu flame kurachu vechu pacha manam pokum vare onnu vazhattuka enitti mativecha liver ethil add chyuka and just add 1/4 cup water and 10-15 mins cook chyuka

Nalla dry ayi varumpol... etiri oil koodi cherthu... oru onion kothi arinju mukalil tooki.. use chyam.

6.Don't cook too much or more than 30 minutes.
