CHICKEN CUTLET

Ingredients

chicken pieces - 5or6 (medium sized)
onion - 2 finely chopped
potato - 1 boiled and mashed
ginger - 1 tspn finely chopped
garlic - 1 tspn finely chopped
green chillies - 2nos finely chopped
corriander leaves 1/2 tblspn finely chopped
red chilli powder - 2 tspn
turmeric powder - 1/2 tspn
pepper powder - 1 tspn
garam masala - 1/2 tspn
bread crumbs
egg - 1
salt
oil

Method

Cook & mince the chicken.
Saute onion till it becomes soft.
Add chopped ginger,garlic, green chillies. Add minced chicken. Mix well.
Add salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder & garam masala.
Stir for 5 minutes & remove from gas.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Once it is cooled add mashed potatoes, coriander leaves & mix well.
Make the mixture into desired shapes.
Beat the egg. Dip each cutlet in egg & roll with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
