Fresh Grapes Pickle...

Ingredients :
1)green grapes –1 cup
2)oil- 1/4 cup
3)fenugreek seeds (uluva) -1/4 table spn
4) turmeric powder -1/2 table spn
5) asafetida (kayam)-11/2 tes spn
6)red chilli powder (Kashmiri) - 4-5 table spn
7)salt - to taste
8)mustard seeds, curry leaves, dry chilli - for seasoning
9) vinegar - 2 -3 table spn
10) ginger(chopped),green chilli,garlic - 1/2 table spn each.
Instructions:
In a hot pan ,sauté the grapes in some oil well. Keep this aside. Then add ginger, garlic, green chilli in to some hot oil. Cook it well until it gets light brown color. Then add red chilli powder +kayam+uluva+turmeric powder& Sauté this for 2-3 sec. then add few tbsps of water. Boil this mixture well. Then add the above mixture to cooked Grapes. Season with curry leaves, mustard n chilli. Mix all together well & add enough salt as required. Remove form heat. Then add vinegar & a pinch of sugar (optional)
