Ragi flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Dates 5...
Almonds 5
Raisins 5
Carrot grated 4 tbsp
Coconut 4 tbsp
Brown sugar(optional)

Chop dates, almonds, raisins. In a bowl mix carrot, coconut and dry fruits. In a bowl mix ragi flour and salt. Sprinkle some water and mix well with fingers. When it is moist and ready keep aside for 5 minutes. Take Chiratta puttu and first put some coconut carrot mixture and then ragi. On the top again coconut carrot mixture. ( if you want u can put the coconut in middle also)
