Vegetable Upma

Ingrediants:

Upma Rava : 1 cup
Vegetables : carrot, beans, green peas, potato, tomato etc
Onion: 1 (small)
Ginger: 1/2 " piece
Green chillies: 2 small

Oil: 2 tbsp
mustard, dry chilles for saute

Water: 1 1/2 cup
Ghee: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

Roast rava lightly and keep aside. cut vegetables in small cubes. Chop onion, ginger and green chillies into small pieces.
Pour oil in a thick bottomed kadai, add mustard dry chillies and curry leaves and saute. Add onion, ginger ad green chillies and fry till golden brown. Add vegetables and cover and keep for 5 mins. Then add water and bring it to a boil. Now add the rava and salt and keep stirring till the upma becomes thick. Now add ghee and blend well by stirring. Garnish with coriander leaves. Vegetable Upma is ready
