Thirandi-1/2 kg
Coconut-1 1/2 cup
Shallots(cheriya ull)i-1 cup
Tamarind(valan puli)- 1 lemon size
Red chilly powder-1 1/2 tabl spn
Coriander powder-1 tabl spn
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Fenugreek powder(uluva)-1/4 tspn
Mrumstick(muringaka)-1
Green chilly-4
Curry leaves

Adhyam coconut 4-5 kunjulliyum,puliyum cherthu cheriya theeyil varuthu thudanganam.moothu varumbol,chilly n corriander powder cherkkaam..kurach curry leavesum.Thenga nallonam moothu brown colour aakunna vare varukkanam. Ee koottu manjalpodi cherthu nallonam arachedukkaam.

Oru karichattiyill ee arappum,meenum,muringakkayum
greenchillyum,curry leavesum avasyathinu uppum,vellavum cherthu nannayi ilakki cook cheyyam..Thilaykumbo uluva podi cherthu kodukam...Chaaru kuruki vannal curry ready..
