Cauliflower Broccoli egg Thoran

Broccoli is considered to be a healthiest veggie which is good for people of all ages..High in anti oxodants to prevent cancer, Good for Diabetic patients and premature ageing , Good for Bones etc...
Cauliflower and brocolli -250gm each
Eggs-2
Small onion-6
Green chilly -4 round sliced
CHicken masala
Chilly powder
Termeric powder
Salt
Ginger garlic paste
Pepper powder
Coconut -4 spoon
Oil
Mustard
Dry chilly
Soya sauce-Half spoon
Preparation Method
1.Wash broccoli and cauliflower and steam it in pressure cooker
2.In a pan, Heat oil and add mustard and dry chillies.
3.saluate small onion, when golden add ginger garlic paste and green chillies
4.mix chicken masala, red chilly powder, termeric and salt
5.add little water and close it until its cooked
6.open lid and break two eggs into it
7.mix it well and add coconut powder
8.also mix pepper powder and curry leaves
9.Half drop of soya sauce for good flavour and taste
10.Ready to serve.
