Easy Dal Curry

Ingredients
Dal 1big cup
Onion 1
Potato 1 or 2
Tomato 2
Green chillies 3 (depends on your taste)
Carrots 1
Ginger 1small pieces
Garlic 4/5
Curry leaves few
Coriander leaves few
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Hing (Kayam) 1generous pinch
Oil 2/3tsp
Jeera 1tsp
Mustard 1tsp
Salt depends on your taste
Method :soak the dal for half an hour ,in a thick bottom pan add -dal and water cook (when we touch it's must break Easley )add chopped onions and potato cook add salt little bit turmeric powder (cook with medium heat) in other pan add oil crack the mustard and jeera add garlic+ginger after 2seconds add chopped green chillies chopped tomatoes, Curry leaves ,left over turmeric powder ,chilli powder cook till the tomato become mash add the hing mix nicely pour this to the boiling dal cook 2minutes in very medium heat ,add the chopped coriander leaves finish,your dal curry is ready
Tips:make sure the curry must not watery ,for better taste cook only in thick bottom pan(if you cook in a pressure cooker you will get a different types of taste)you can add French beans- but it's taste different ,you can give your own touch
