Easy Prawns Roast |

Prawns- 12-20 (njan medium size aanu eduthathu)
Cheriya ulli (shallots)-20
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 table spoon
Thengakothu- 2 table spoon
Chilli powder - 1.5 teaspoon
Turmeric- 1/2 teaspoon
Kaayam podi (asafoetida)-1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 1 cut into dices
Salt -to taste
Oil-2 teaspoon
Method
Take a bowl and mix everything except tomatoes. Leave it for 5 minutes so that the juices come down from the shallots and prawns. Heat a pan and pour oil. put the ingredients to it. Cover the pan with a lid. Let it cook for 15-20 min. Prawns roast ready.
N.b normally ithil vellam cherkenda avasayam illa..but juices nannayi irangilenkil 2 tablespoon water ozhikkam.
