Oil 3/4cup
Maida 2cup
Sugar 1.5 cup
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Mix carrot boiled,oil n eggs in a blender.add maida,baking powder n sugar in a bowl.mix them well.Add this mixture to a nonstic pan and close with a lid.cook for 40 minutes in law flame.
