Gooseberry 1 kg
Turmeric powder 1 spoon
Mirchy powder 3 to 4spoon
Salt 2 spoon
Oil
Curyr leaves
Red chilly 2 nos
Fennel seeds
Asfetodia
Roasted fennel seeds powder 1spoon

Boil gooseberries with turmeric n salt.after boiling separate the seeds. Crackle fennel seeds and asfetodia n the curry leaves,red chilly in oil.add boiled gooseberries n fry it add chilly powder and roated fennel seeds powder.mix it well n close lid for 5 minutes. Then fry for another 3 minute. Pickle is ready.
