Tomato Egg Dosa

Cheruvakal:

Tomatoes 2
Dry red chilly
Jeera
Salt
Fermentated Dosa Batter
Egg 1
Pepper powder
Small onion 3 to 4

Pachaka Reeti:

1.Grind together tomatoes, jeera and dry chilly wid water and salt in to smooth paste

2.Mix tomato paste with fermanted dosa batter and beat an egg in to it

3.In hot pan, pour dosa batter and wait till its crisp

4.Serve it hot with spicy curries like fish curry etc
