Marble Cupcake

Ingredients
Self raising flour 200 gm
Eggs 3
Caster sugar 200 gm
Unsalted butter 200 gm
Milk little
Few drops of vanilla essence
Cocoa powder 3 tsp
For marble cupcake: Mix all the ingredients except essence and cocoa powder. Divide it into two equal parts. Add essence to one part and Cocoa powder to the other. For a marbled effect, with a small spoon alternately fill the cupcake cases with the batter into a prepared cupcake pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
Note: For your own 1 cup Self Raising Flour substitute 1 cup of All Purpose Flour and add 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder and ¼ teaspoon Salt to it.
