ALOO PARATHA

Chappathi dough-for 9 chappathi
Potato-3 medium size
onion-1medium finely chopped
mint&coriander leaves-1tbs finely chopped(if u don't like the mint flavor u can avoid it)
chilli powder-1/2ts
garam masala-1/4ts
chat masala-1/4ts(f u don't have it simply avoid it)
cumin seeds-a pinch
salt to taste

METHOD
Boil potato and mash it. Mix all the ingredients except chappathi dough to the mash potato. Mix well.
Now prepare dough for chappathi.The potato mixture will fill for 9 chappathi.Roll one dough a little bit. Now take the filling and roll it. Put the filling into the dough and cover it. Now roll it. Heat a tawa and make the chappathi.Use ghee or butter for the chappathi. Serve hot.
