ചിക്കൻ ഷാപ്ത്ത --- ഒരു ഡാർജീലിങ്ങ് ഡിഷ്‌

Ingredients:

250 Gram Chicken (Cube Cut)
Sliced Onion
1 Large Tomato (sliced)
Spring Onion
1 Carrot grated
4 Green Chilies
3 Table Spoon of Soya Sauce
¼ Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
A Pinch of Fragrance Powder
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken for 10 mins
2. Heat the frying pan with a small portion of oil in it.
3. Take the chicken and fry it for 4 minutes.
4. Then put all the other ingredients and then fry it together
for another 5 or 6 minutes.
5. Serve with nan roti or chapaties, salad and sauce.
