CUSTARD JELLO CAKE

1st take all the ingredients for cake.
All purpose flour-1cup
Sugar-3/4cup
Milk-1/2cup
Oil-1/4cup
Baking powder-1 1/2tsp
Salt-1/4tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2tsp
Egg whites of 2eggs

Prepare cake tin.(prepared cake tin means butter it and flour it.then remove excess flour)Sieve flour,baking powder and salt in a bowl.add sugar and combine. Add vanilla essence. Add oil.Mix well. Add milk(milk should be at room temperature) Beat with a hand mixer. Now add egg whites.whisk until fluffy. Pour this to the prepared tin. Bake at180 c for 30-35 minutes.(or until toothpick comes out clean). let it cool down completely.

Now take milk 2cup sugar 1/2cup custard powder(vanilla flavour) 2tbsp.
Mix custard powder with quarter cup milk from the 2cup milkBoil milk.Add sugar. When the milk starts to boil pour the custard mix.cook the custard for a minute or two.
Immediately pour this to the cake.transfer this to the fridge and cool at least 2 hours.

After cooling down the cake custard we have to make next layer.that is the jelly layer.take a packet of raspberry or strawberry jelly mix.make jelly dessert as mentioned in the packet.

Now pour this over the cooled cake custard mix using the back of a spoon. Don't pour directly because it will tear the custard layer. put back into the fridge to set the jelly. after 2 hours take a spatula and remove the edges carefully.then cut into any shapes.first peace will always be difficult to take.no problem. Then all will comes out easily.
