MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS :

Maida 3/4 cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Egg 1
Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
preheat oven to 180 degree C.
Line muffin pan with paper cups. sift together the maida, baking powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda.
In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar untill light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Then add flour mixture and milk alternatively . Started and ended up with flour. Mix well.
Fill 3/4th of the paper cups with batter. Bake it for about 18 - 20 minutes or a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Notes : all the ingredients such as butter, milk and egg should be in room temperature.
