Chilly Paneer Mushroom

Easy recipe for vegetarians;
button mushrooms-250 gms
Paneer -100 gms
capsicum -1/2 of each colour
Ginger - small piece
onion -1 large
garlic -1 tbsp (optional )
Green chillies-4 nos
red chilly paste-1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
spring onion -1/2 cup ( chopped)
soya sauce -2 tbsp
tomatoe sauce -2 tbsp
oil-
salt
cornflour-3 tbsp
crushed pepper-1 tbsp
make a thick paste using 2 tbsp of cornflour, add little salt and crushed pepper into the mix and marinate the cleaned mushrooms and paneer cut into small cubes ,keep aside for 10 minutes
cut onion and capsicum into small cubes , finely chop ginger and garlic also,heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan ,add ginger and garlic ,sauté for 1-2 minutes , then add onion , sauté for another minute, add a pinch of salt , then add the cubes of capsicum and sauté for 2-3 mts, take special care not to lose the crunchiness of capsicum, then add chilly paste , ginger garlic paste , sauté for a minute, then add sauyasauce and mix well,to make extra gravy use the remaining spoon of cornflour and add some water mix well to the mixture , while this is getting thick , heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated mushrooms and paneer separately , add pinch of food colour to get the attractive look, not a must.then add the fried paneer and mushrooms to the prepared chilly mix , stir for 2 minutes ,sprinkle some chopped spring onions on the top, and switch flame off, do not close the dish while cooking , otherwise u will loose the crispness and colour of vegetables, very tasty , even the kids will enjoy it.💐. Good with chappathi, naan, poori, fried rice etc.Enjoy
