Curly Kale Pacoda

Ingredients:
1. Chopped curly kale leaves - 2 cups
2. Gram flour - 1/2 cup
3. Rice flour - 2 table spoons
4. Aatta (extra coarse wheat flour) - 1 table spoon
5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
6. Asafoetida (kayam powder) - a pinch
7. Chat masala - 1/4 tea spoon
8. Salt - to taste
9. Oil - to fry
10. Water - 1/4 cup
Massage the ingredients 2 - 8 onto the kale leaves. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup of water into the mixture and mix well. Make small patties and fry (deep fry) in oil until color changes to golden brown. Curly Kale Pacoda is ready smile emoticon
Kale is rich of potassium, magnesium, iron etc.
