EGG BHURJI

Egg - 4 nos
Chopped onion - 1 large
Tomato - 1 no (small)
Green chilli - 1- 2
Ginger garlic chopped - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - one pinch
Garam masala - one pinch
Coriander leaves
Oil
Salt
Curry leaves

Method

Heat oil in a pan .
Add chopped onion and saute until it become soft.
Add chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies and saute well.
Add chopped tomato and saute well.add salt to taste.
Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for a minute.
Add beaten egg. keep stirring and scrambling the egg until it is cooked well.
Add a pinch of garam masala and coriander leaves and mix well.
