Vendayka Pachadi

Vendayka (okra) - 100 gm
ginger , onion, green chilly, dry red chilly ,mustard,curry leaves, natural yoghurt, salt, coconut oil
Heat 1tbsp oil in a pan , then splutter the mustard, athilottu add dry red chilly,
Alpam ginger ,onion, green chilly finely chopped , same as you do for pulisseri, then add finely chopped vendaykaya ,sauté for 2-3 minutes,then add salt , curry leaves , then add natural yoghurt and mix well , turn the heat off.
