For kaldosa

Aykoora fish 200gm
Onion sliced one
Green chillies slitted 3
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 4
Curry leaves.
Small onions 5
Tarmarind small bal soak in water
Tomato one sliced
Powders
Turmeric chilly and salt
Method
Grind small onions ginger and garlic.
In a pan pour coconut oil add onion paste fry till aroma comes.
Add all powdders and again saute well...
Now add all other ingredients mix well pour water and boil till gravythickens.
Nw add tarmarind water.
Adjust salt.let boil for few minutes.
Add fish slices.
And close for few more minutes.
Open chk wethr fish is done.
Now off the stove add curry leaves and few drops coconut oil.
Best for kaldosa.
I add 2 SP chillypowder to get punch.
