Avoli special Fish Curry

avoli -6 pieces
chuvannulli -8 no cut into small
garlic -7 no cut into small
ginger -1 inch piece crushd
green chilli -1
curry leaves -3 stems
tomatoes - 2no cut into small pieces
fish tamarind- 2no
thick coconut milk- 1/2 cup
to make paste
kashmiri chilly powder- 2tbsp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
coriander powder- 1 tsp
uluva podi- 1/2 tsp
make a paste with water
cashew- 5 no
tomato- 1/2
grind well make a fine paste
mustard seed, uluva-1/2 tsp
coconut oil
-clay pot il oil ozhichu kaduku and uluva pottichu garlic, ginger, chuvannulli moopikkuka
-pacha manam maarumbo 1 1/2 tomatoes paste paruvathil saute cheyyuka
-prepare cheydu vecha paste add cheydu vazhattuka
-add salt, curry leaves and green chilli
-now add 2 cup water and allow to boil
-cashew tomato paste and fish tamarind cherthu thilapikuka
-fish add cheydu flame kuraykuka
-fish venthadinu sesham coconut milk cherthu thee off cheyyuka
-special avoli curry is ready
