Chicken Sausage Chilli

Sausage – 300 gm
Garlic – 6 – pods
Ginger – 2 spoon Pasted
Green chillis - 3 nos ( sliced)
Onions - 2 big ( chopped)
Turmeric powder - ¾ tsp
Chilli powder - 2 tsp
Tomato sauce , soya sauce , chilly sauce
Salt – preferred
Oil – for frying
Corriander leaves – For marination and smell
First step – ( Deep frying ) .- For that Wash and cut sausage into small round pieces, For masala make paste of both ginger and garlic in to a fine paste ( u can also grind them both on a mixie jar) , chilli powder , turmeric powder . Marinate sausage with all these masala powders and paste . Keep it aside for almost 20 min. You can add a very little amount of salt because sausage already contains salt .
Second step:- Take a pan and pour needed amount of oil for the sausage to deep fry. When oil becomes hot put sausage into it . We can fry it by 2 step don’ t put Whole sausage at one time. Its too difficult for deep frying (തിരിച്ചും മറിച്ചും ഇട്ടു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുക്ക) . When if get fried place it on a tissue so that excess oil will absorbed by it .Allow to cool
Third step :- Take another pan , Pour coconut oil for sauting onioins , When oil become hot put chopped onions into it and sauté well ( U can add a pinch of turmeric powder when sauting dat it gets sauté well ) , When it becomes light brown add sliced green chilli also . Saute for couple of min , When onion got sauted Put the fried sausage into it and mix it well . when sausage starts to boil with the onions add tomato sauce ( the amount is according to ur sweetness) . I add 4 tsp of tomato sauce and sauté it , then add chilli sauce ( Amount is urs preference according to your spice level ) , I add 3 tsp of chilli sauce , then add 2 tsp of soya sauce . sauté it well till it become hot . Garnish it with coriander leaves ( Add Salt If Wanted ).. Switch off the flame . Take it with cuboos , Chapathis , Nan , etc…happy cooking !!!!
