preheat oven 180 c
1) 1 cup maida
2) 1 tsp baking powder
3)1 cup cheruthai grate chautha carrot
4) 2 eggs
5)3/4 cup powderd suger
6)coconut oil 1/2 cup
7)karuvapatta podichathu oru nullu.
8)vellam charkkathae kachia milk 1/4 cup
method-1um2um charuvakal mix chaithu vekkuka...,oilil,sugerum,e
pinnnedu maida mix,kurachu veetham kudangittu nannai mix cheyyuka
carrots,milk oronnai charthu nannai mix chayuyuuka..
baking tinil kurachu butter puratti ,koottu ozhichu,30 mts bake cheyyuka....(bakng time depend on oven)
