Kerala Mutton Soup

Ingredients: 

Mutton stock - 500 ml 
Mashed potato - 75 gms
Shallots (sliced) - 10
Ginger (chopped) - 10 gms
Curry leaves (chopped) - 10 leaves
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Minced Mutton - 50 gms
Coconut oil - 15 ml
Ghee - 15 ml

Directions:

Take half quantity of ghee and coconut oil in a saucepan and heat it. Saute the shallots, ginger, garlic and curry leaves until they turn golden brown. To this add the masala and cook for a minute. Then add the minced mutton and pour the mutton stock into it. Add the mashed potato and heat it for a while. Add some drops of ghee and serve hot.
