Mango Popsicle

Beat the Heat with this summer treat. 

Recipe :
1. Mango puree -1 1/2 cup( preferably alphonso)
2.Simple syrup - 2 tbsp or to taste.
3.Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Simple syrup
Heat 1/2 cup sugar with 1/2 cup water,stirring till the sugar dissolves and boil.Cool it down. You can store in refrigerator and use it to make juice,lemonade etc.
Mango puree: slice two mangoes and puree it in the mixer grinder.
Combine mango puree and simple syrup in a bowl.Add lemon juice to it.Fill in the Popsicle mould and freeze for 4 - 6 hours. To remove the pop,rinse the outside of the moulds under warm water first.Demould and enjoy!
