Ingredients
1.Noodles (I use Indomie noodles)
2.kadalappodi
3.Manjalppodi-a pinch
4.Salt
5.Onion chopped-1/2
6.Grn chilly chopped-1
7.Curry leaves
8.Water
9.Oil for frying
10.Garam masala (optional)
Method
Keep watr n a pan nd cook the noodles adding the masala nsid the noodle packet
Mix all the ingredients exept oil nd make a battr
Keep a pan nd pour oil
Wen oil s hot sprinkl the battr vth hand keeping the flame litl sim
Remov frm oil nd tranfr it wen it s litl goldn colr
Serv vth sauce.
