Ingredients:
Milk...... 1 glass
Dates.....10numbers
Sugar..... 1 glass
Egg......... 2
All purpose flour ( Maida podi)... half glass
Baking powder.... 1 table spoon
Baking soda ( appakkaram).... one pinch
Vegetable oil........ half glass
Heat the pan and add half glass sugar.sugar melt cheythu caramel aayal oru glass thilapicha paal athilekku cherkkam.. pinne dates cherkkam. Paal muzhuvan vati kazhinjal gas off cheyyam. Thanukkan vekkuka...
Mixiyil 2 mutta, half glass panchasara adikkuka.. then add maida Podi, baking powder and appakkaram. Athu mixer il adichathinu shesham oil and nerathe ready aaki vecha date mixture cherthu mixer il mix cheyyuka....
Then immediately pour this into a hot greesed cooker... whistle idathe 30minutes medium flame il bake cheyyuka....
