Carrot halwa:-

Ingredients -
1.grated carrot-one bowl (4-5 carrots)
2.ghee-as required
3.cardamon powdered-6
4.boiled milk-1 bowl ( same quantity of grated carrot)
5.condensed milk -3ts
6.sugar- as required
7.pista and cashew nut - sliced pieces
Preparation :(serves 4 cups )
1. Take kadai and add three spoon ghee and add grated carrot and sauté for ten minutes in low flame
2. Add milk to the kadai And heat for 20 minutes till the carrot get looser
3. Add cardamon powder and mix well
4. Now add three spoon condense milk and sauté well
5.finally add required sugar (5-7 spoon ) and sauté till they become thicker
6.roast the cashew nut with ghee separately and garnish with coconut and pista.
Carrot halwa is tasty dessert which can be prepared in 30-40 minutes and you can replace carrot with sapota or beetroot as well.
