Ingredients

Finely Chopped Onions – 1 small
Finely Chopped Tomatoes – 1 small
Minced Green Chillies – 2
Curd – 3 cups
Salt – to taste
Preparation Method

Beat the curd nicely. You can add little water to obtain the desired consistency for Raitha.
Add the diced onions, tomatoes an green chillies to the beaten curd.
Add salt to taste.
Serve the Raitha with Biriyani.
