Chicken Liver Curry

Ingredients ----
1. ½ kg Chicken Liver
2. 2 Onions (chopped)
3. 4 tbsp Coriander Powder
4. 1 tsp Chili Powder
5. ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
6. ¼ cup Pepper
7. 3 Green Chilies (chopped)
8. ½ Ginger (chopped)
9. Few Curry Leaves
10. ¼ cup Coconut Oil
11. Salt (to taste)
Preparation Method ----
• Combine liver pieces, green chilies, onions (reserving 2 tbsp), ginger, salt, and 1 cup water in a pan. Set it for cooking on low flame.
• Mix coriander powder, chili powder, and turmeric powder with water into a fine paste.
• Dry roast pepper in a separate pan and grind into a fine powder.
• Mix coriander paste in the liver and cook until the liquid dries out completely.
• Put in pepper powder and blend well.
• Heat oil in a fresh pan and fry 2 tbsp onion and curry leaves, until the onion turns golden brown.
• Stir in the liver curry.
• Serve hot.
