Urad dal( 2 hr soak cheythath). 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tspoon
Baking powder. 1/4 tspoon
Oil (for frying)
Water. 3/4 cup
For suger syrup:
Suger. 2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Elakka 6 nos
Lemon juice. 1/2 spoon
