MILK powder -1cup
Maida - 1table spoon
Baking powder -1spoon
Egg -1
Butter -2spoon(non melted)
For Sugar Syrup
10spoon sugar
Water 1/2 ltr(this measurements for average thickness of syrup.).
Preparation: melt butter ,in a bowl add all ingredients and mix well with the melted butter.Make small balls and deep fry.In a other pan add sugar and adequate water and make a syrup. .put the fried balls and soak for an hour. .
For best results first heat the oil in maximum and then lower the stow and put balls and fry..so that it won't overcooked outside.
