Banana Muffins.

Ingredients
1) 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour.
2) ¾ cup sugar.
3) 1 teaspoon baking powder.
4) 1 teaspoon baking soda.
5) ½ teaspoon salt.
6) 1 egg
7) ½ cup Butter Milk
¼ cup- Vegetable oil.
9) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
10) 3 mashed ripe bananas.
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, whisk the egg, oil, butter milk and vanilla finally add the mashed bananas in to it and combine well. (Do not over beat the bananas, small lumps are ok)
Stir the dry ingredients in to the wet ingredients until moistened.
Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 180 degrees F for -25 30-minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
