എസ്സൻസ് ഒന്നും ചേർക്കാതെ ഒരു കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കി. രണ്ടു ഓറഞ്ച് പിഴിഞ്ഞ് പൾപ്പ് ജ്യൂസ് എടുത്തു അതിന്റെ കൂടെ ഒരു ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ മുന്തിരി വൈൻ ഒഴിച്ചു കേക്ക് മിശ്രിതം ബേക് ചെയ്തെടുത്തു .
ഈ ഓറഞ്ച് കേക്ക് ഉടനെ ശാപ്പിടരുത് , അടുത്ത ദിവസം വരെ ഒന്ന് വെയിറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക . നന്നായി തണുത്തു സെറ്റ് ആയാലേ ഇതിന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ രുചിയും മണവും ആസ്വദിക്കാൻ പറ്റുകയുള്ളു .
Ingredients:
1.) Fresh Orange juice - 1/2 cup (Thick juice extracted from 2 oranges with some pulp)
2.) Fresh orange peel - 3 tsp (Peel grated from fresh orange)
3.) All Purpose flour - 1..5cup (One and a half cup)
4.)Baking Powder - 1tsp
5.)Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
6.)Salt - a pinch
7.) Sugar - 1..5 cup (powdered sugar)
8.) Eggs - 2 nos
9.) Oil - 3 tbsp
10.) Yoghurt/curd - 3 tbsp
11.) Red Wine - 1 tbsp
and Butter for greasing

Preparation Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius,
Mix the powder ingredients flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep it aside
In another bowl add the sugar and eggs. Whisk this well until fluffy.
To this add oil and youghurt. Beat well
Now add the orange juice and orange peel. Again beat the mixture.
To this add the main ingredient red wine and beat well.
Slowly add the flour mixture and fold it gently.
You can also add some raisins if you want.
Grease the baking tray and pour the cake batter and bake for 45 minutes
Check the cake by inserting a toothpick. Once its done , allow it to cool completely
For best result serve the cake after 24 hours.
