(Valiyameenukal ethumakam)
2.Velichenna. 4tspn
Kaduk: 1/2 spoon
Uluva 1/2 spoon
Unakamulak 4nos
Curryvepila. Kurach

3.Cheriya ulli 10-12nos (chathachad)
Veluthulli 4-5 nos (chathachad)
Inchi oru cheriya kashanam (chathachad)

4.Kashmiri chiili powder 2tspn
Spicy chilly powder 1tspn
Manjal powder 1/2spoon

5.Pachamulaku4-5 nos
Thakali mediam size 2 nos
6.Kudampulli 3-4 (oru glas vellathilit kudirkkuka)

Oru manchattiyil velichenna ozhich choodakumbol kaduk itu pottikuka, koode uluva, curryleaves,unakamulak ivayoke cherthu vazhatuka.nerathe chathachuvecha cheriya ulli,veluthulli,inchi ennivayum cherthu brown niramakunnathvare vazhatuka. Adinushesham arinjuvechirikunna thakaliyum pachamulakumit avashyathinu salt cherthu nannayi vazhatuka.Adilek podikal (no 4 cheruvakal) cherthu nannayi vazhattuka.
