Ingredients:
Chicken -1/2 kg (with bone)
Ginger -Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-less than 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder- 1/2tsp
Pepper powder- 1/2tsp
Coriander powder- 1/4tsp
Garam masala- 1/4tsp
Cumin powder-2 pinch
Curd-1 tbsp
Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
Salt-
Finely chopped Curry leaves -1tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves-1tsp
Cornflour-3-4tbsp
Rice flour-1tbsp
Oil -for frying
chicken 65
For Sauting
Veg oil-1tsp
Ginger-garlic paste-1/2tsp
Curry leaves-1 string
Green chilli-1 (slits)
Chilli powder-1/4tsp
Pepper powder-less than 1/4 tsp
Garam masala-2 pinch
Chilli Garlic sauce -1tbsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Colour-(opt)
Method
Cut the chicken into small pieces..
Wash them well and add 1 tbsp of salt and add 3 cup of water and mix well..
Keep in the fridge...
Take out the chicken and wash again and drain ..
In a bowl add ,chopped curryleaves,coriander leaves,curd,lemon juice,cumin powder,garam masala,coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corn flour ,ginger -garlic paste,rice flour and salt ..
Add chicken and mix them well.. Keep aside for 15 minutes ..
Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the pieces till well cooked .. Drain to a kitchen tissue and keep aside ..
Now heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste ..Saute for a minute
Then add curry leaves ,green chilli and sauté ..
Then lower the heat and add all the powders .. Saute them till the raw smell goes ..
Then add chilli garlic sauce ,lemon juice and food colour .(If u don’t have chilli garlic sauce ,then add chopped garlic along with green chilli and add chilli sauce ..)
Add 3 tbsp of water and allow to boil ..Check the salt ..
Now add the fried chicken and mix well till all the pieces and well coated with the sauce ..
If u want u can fry some curry leaves and green chilli and garnish in the top..
