Take a pan and pour 2tspn oil. Splutter some mustard seeds and jeera as well as red chillies . Then add crushed small onions and garlic (I added 2 to, 3 each). Once they become translucent add handful of washed and chopped cheera ( any one of your choice) Saute. Then add 2 to 3 table spoon of oats and sauté for few seconds. Pour enough water for ingredients to get soaked. Add salt and let it get cooked for few minutes. Your dish is ready. Serve hot
