Biriyani long grain rice 3 cup
1 onion
2 carrot
1 capsicum
Handful of frozen green peas
5-6 button mushroom
A small piece cabbage
7-8 pods garlic
2 inch ginger
2 green chillies
2 egg
Wash and soak 3 cup rice for half an hour. Boil 4 cups of water. Add some salt and some drops of oil. Add washed rice and cook in slow flame till half done. Then switch off rice and keep it closed for sometime and drain it. Boil green peas and mashroom in a seperate pan with some salt.
Now saute ginger garlic in some oil. Add onions and saute till translucent. Add one by one veges. Now move the veges to one part of pan and roast egg in the other portion. Now add green peas and mashroom and mix altogether.
Add1 tblspoon soya sauce, 2 tblspoon chilly sauce, 1 tblspoon tomato sauce and add some pepper powder and mix well. Now add rice and mix altogether. Slow your flame and cook for 3- 4 min. Switch off gas. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with corriander leaves and spring onions.
