Chilly powder- 1tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder- 3tsp
Coriander powder - 2 1/2tsp
Garam masala -1 1/2 ts

(Chilly powder + turmeric powder+Ginger garlic paste+ salt. )
For 1 hour then shallow fry
Heat pan . pour oil then add onion + chilly + ginger garlic paste + curry leaves+ salt+ turmeric powder+ chilly powder +corinder + masala
Then add tomato + kudampuli+conconut milk if the milk thickens. add fried fish.
Then switch off the flame.
