CRISPY FRIED BITTER GOURD

A:  Oil to deep fry

B:  1 cup bitter gourd sliced thin
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp Sambar powder /
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp ginger & garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp ( or more) rice flour
Salt to taste

C:  ( I add sliced onion, garlic &
curry leaves too )

METHOD:
Marinate B with C keep for 5 minutes.
Heat up oil.
Deep fry until crispy.
Serve as a side dish.
