Recipie :
Splutter mustard, cumin, dry red chilli, curry leaves , green chilli , cashews, peanut ( raw)
And fry for 1 min .

Add onion ( sliced thin And small) fry for 2 min .
Add cubed potato and green peas fry till it's cooked .
Add Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon .
After the veggies r cooked add beaten rice ( poha thick ). Cover and cook for a min ..
Garnish with coriander leaves and a dash of lemon juice
